Not for navigation
Mariner Maps is an informational community map. It is not a nautical chart and must not be used for navigation or safety decisions. Hazards, markers, advisories, and closures can be missing, outdated, or wrong. Always use official charts, Coast Guard notices, and local authorities, and use your own judgment on the water.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in details secure.
What you post
- Only submit information you believe is accurate and that you have the right to share.
- No spam, scams, illegal listings, harassment, or misleading content.
- You let Mariner Maps display, edit, and remove what you submit as part of running the map. Moderators may approve, change, or reject any submission.
Third-party data
Some map data comes from public sources such as government agencies and businesses. It belongs to its owners and is provided as is.
No warranty
Mariner Maps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mariner Maps is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on its information.
Changes
We may update the service or these terms. Continued use means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
